This is to inform you that, pursuant to Article 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679, your personal data is processed in our organization in full compliance with the GDPR. The processing and possible insertion of personal data into databases is carried out following the acquisition of your consent. Based on this legislation, the treatment will be based on principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of your privacy and your rights.

According to the art.13 of the EU Regulation 2016/679 we inform you that:

  • The processing of personal data by our Organization is carried out for the following purposes:

   Sending periodical newsletters to subscribers;

  • Your personal data will be neither communicated nor disclosed to third parties,
  • Personal data will be stored for the entire duration of the relationship between the Data Subject and the Data Controller, in compliance with and on the legal basis of the purposes pursued by our Organization;
  • The processing of personal data is carried out with and without the use of electronic tools;
  • The provision of personal data is optional;
  • In the event of your refusal to provide personal data, it will not be possible to carry out the activities related to the aforementioned purposes and will consequently lead to the impossibility of executing existing contracts;
  • You may, at any time, exercise the following rights:
  1. a) access to personal data;
  2. b) to obtain the rectification or cancellation of the same or the limitation of the treatment concerning it;
  3. c) to oppose the processing;
  4. d) data portability;
  5. e) to revoke the consent, where envisaged: the revocation of the consent does not prejudice the lawfulness of the treatment based on the consent given before the revocation;
  6. f) to make a complaint to the supervisory authority (Privacy Guarantor).
